The lack of customer service and professionalism by the owner George creates confusion in regards to how this establishment is able to remain open. Whether customers are right or wrong, there is always a way to address and resolve any misunderstandings or issues presented at a business establishment between a consumer and owner. Business owners who are considered to be apart of the "mom and pop" shops of our economy must take more value in their customers and the level of customer service they extend due to the fact that their customers can easily become patrons that support businesses that are more poplular in offering the same service being provided. What I witnessed today by the owner of this establishment supports numerous discussions from a national standpoint that addressses the diminishing need and support of small businesses. The lack of urgency to offer a resolution in a professional manner, the lack of respect given accompanied by foul and derogatory language used in addressing a customer is a level of service that I hope no current or future patrons ever experience with this establishment. All small business owners regardless of geographic location and/or financial status should always take heed and operate on the fact that your business lives and dies by the hand of consumers. Without a strong consumer base, you no longer exist! This establishment lacks the necessary tools to become and remain successful to withstand its competitors.
They're polite and competent, their labor rate is well below what you would pay a TA or Petro, and they don't have the big chain truckstop bs mentality there. Far as I'm concerned, the only bad thing about them is they're not open 24 hours - - and I suppose operating costs is the only reason they don't do that.
Awesome service they did best service for me and my family
Had a broken metal bracket for my bumper my company shop 'fixed' and broke a week later. These guys welded it up better than stock! Fast, friendly and cheap. I'd come back here anytime.
Very rude.. go to exit 51for repairs. They are much friendlier. Worse experience with a repair shop in over 14 years of business. So terrible I wish I could post the videos I recorded to show the treatment I received from George, the owner
