These people should not be allowed to touch another animal. They need to slow down and remember that these are beloved living creatures and pets, not a quick and dirty surgery/money machine. A spay was recently performed there that led to a perfectly healthy young dog dying a long and miserable death. This terrible heartache could have been avoided with simple mindfulness. Just spend a little extra money and take your pet to a caring vet clinic. What’s more important, a few bucks or your pet living a long and healthy life?
SPOT Cloverdale. You guys are super lucky to have landed this dream team of veterinarians. We are missing them both terribly here in Bloomington. I'm sure they are enjoying their retirement and are obviously continuing to do what they love most.
Normally I recommend this place but I'm pretty irritated about my experience this week. I was in the Terre Haute clinic on Wednesday and they decided, after we had already waited nearly two hours, they couldn't do one of the services I needed so I can board my dog next week. They suggested that I could come to the Cloverdale clinic on Friday, not Thursday because it would only be this one lady and she wouldn't know how to run the sample, but Friday they would be there all day if I wanted to stop by. Three different people said this would be ok and even gave me directions. So Friday I drive from north Terre Haute all the way to Cloverdale. The door was locked, closed sign on the door, but there were cars parked around the building so I call. No one answers. I left a message and never heard back from anyone. Now I'm scrambling trying to find someone to do this one test and get results back before I leave town on Wednesday.
There is one woman there that will ruin their business if they let her continue to talk to people in such a rude manner over the phone.
I would recommend either of the SPOT locations to anyone looking for an affordable place to take their pet for basic veterinary care and shots as well as getting spayed or neutered. It is a non-profit organization and the prices are very reasonable. The staff and vets are very friendly and show great care for the animals.
